Car #3 - 1987 light blue Chrysler Raliant K car
In keeping with our family tradition of destroying…er, purchasing Chrysler made vehicles a 1987 baby blue 4 door Reliant K-Car was my 3rd mode of transportation. Thankfully it was automatic. It had awesome matching baby blue velvety interior, am-fm radio with 4 speakers and a turn indicator that blinked like an epileptic staring at a strobe light. No spectacular stories about this car and we never trashed it. The Reliant remained our familys extra vehicle for years and eventually my parents gave it away to a struggling dancer and college student. I saw it a few years later being driven around with a Xavier University still on the back.
